The Chair Yoga Classes are back this fall!
As requested by many of you the Worklife@Caltech is bringing again the Chair Yoga clases this fall.
Classes are open to staff, postdocs, and professorial faculty. Space is limited.
Please sign up using the link below or just WALK-IN! Be punctual to avoid forfeiting your space. Once the class starts we will take attendance on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Increasing circulation and flexibility
- Improving concentration and balance
- Easing pain and tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back
